Our Founders

Bluemark Rehab was founded by Debra Kornbluh, OTR/L, and Cindy Orzel, SLP/CCC, two experienced therapists who shared a vision for more personalized, client-centered care.

As practicing therapists themselves, Debra and Cindy saw a growing need in the community for a more individualized approach to rehabilitation—one that goes beyond standard therapy sessions to truly connect with each client’s goals, lifestyle, and potential.

Together, they created Bluemark Rehab to provide compassionate, high-quality occupational and speech therapy services in a supportive environment that empowers each person to regain independence and live life to the fullest.
