Occupational Therapy Practitioner (COTA)/ Certified Personal Trainer
Margalit earned her degrees and certifications through Ocean County College, TTI, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has been practicing for over eight years. She has experience working with clients in rehabilitation, long-term care, home care, and aquatic therapy settings. She works with individuals of all ages—from young adults to seniors—providing occupational therapy, aquatic therapy, functional fitness, and wellness services through personalized, evidence-based programs.
With a background in occupational therapy and fitness, she focuses on fall prevention, mobility, and overall wellness—helping patients feel safe, confident, and supported throughout their care.
She has experience working in long-term care, rehabilitation, and home health settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Her goal is to create a comfortable, encouraging environment where patients can build trust, stay active, and maintain their independence.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves reading new research and articles to stay current with the latest developments in healthcare and therapeutic practice.
